1. How to choose the correct size?

Please use the size chart on our website. Compare your measurements to these set out in the charts to choose your correct size.

2. Where are the clothes from?

The whole production process and shipping are conducted in Poland in accordance with EU standards.

3. Can I choose a different shipping address?

Sure! While selecting the delivery option just specify the address to which we should send your order.

4. How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping cost in the United Kingdom, Germany, The Netherlands, Czech Republic and Slovakia is 10€ per order. If you want us to deliver the order to any other country contact us at info@urbanpatrol.pl

5. Do you send clothes abroad?

Yes, just select your country during the ordering process and give the correct address.

6. How long does the shipment take?

It takes up to 7 working days from placing an order to sending a package.

7. How to check the status of my order?

To do this, we recommend checking messages sent by us to your email address. They contain current order status and the approximate time lest to shipping your product. After delivering a package to a courier, the location of your shipment can be followed by the courier company’s tracking numbers. They are used to identify and follow your shipment’s status.

8. How to return a product I’m not satisfied with?

Fill out an online form you can find on your website and send the product back to us. It must be unused. If the complaint is accepted, we will send you the corrected product or you will get a refund.

9. Can I exchange clothes due to choosing a wrong size?

Sure - only if it was not used. To do this, fill out an online form on our website and follow the information in the tab "Exchange".

10. How much time do I have to exchange?

You have 30 days upon delivery to contact our customer service and ship the unused item back.

11. How can I pay?

We support payment methods such as PayU, PayPal or Sofort banking. We also accept payment cards like MasterCard and Visa. For more details, see the Payments tab at the bottom of the site.

12. Do I need an account to make a purchase?

No, but having an account has many benefits - such as discounts for regulars or information about the new arrivals.

13. How do I get a discount?

Discount codes are extra to our regulars, but we also share them on our Facebook page or Instagram - so follow them!

14. Can I order a sweatshirt with my print on it?

Of course! We guarantee the same high quality as with all products Urban Patrol. For this purpose, please contact us at info@urbanpatrol.pl, where we can work out details of the offer.

15. I'm having problems with logging in to my account.

Make sure you type your email address and password correctly. Make sure if keys such as CAPS LOCK or NUM LOCK are off. If the problem persists, please use the password recovery tool or contact us at info@urbanpatrol.pl
